Exchanging an item
Ordered the wrong size or color? You can exchange your item for free within 60 days after receiving your order.

Everything you exchange should be in its original state and packaging. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any. Pack all items in their original packaging.
Start an exchange on our website or the app and follow the instructions. You’ll receive all the details you need before dropping off your package at the drop-off point.
Make sure to drop off your parcel within 5 days after letting us know you want to exchange the item. Exchange with the carrier that’s mentioned on your exchange label to avoid costs.
Did you buy your items at one of our stores? You can only exchange these by going back to the store.
You can only exchange an item once. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and order something else.
Personalized items
Unique items, created specifically for you, cannot be exchanged. Is there a manufacturing defect? Please reach out to us.
Limited items
Some exclusive items are not eligible for exchanges. You’ll find this out during the ordering process. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 14 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size.
